Our first contact with Ross Bauer was a follow-up phone call after our email enquiry on the price of a house in Peregian Springs.  Unfortunately it was above our price range. 

After an explanation of the price and style of house we were seeking, Ross said he was standing in such a house at that very moment and it was going on the market the following Tuesday.

We had recently sold our home in Coral Cove so arranged to travel down to Peregian Springs to view homes of interest that were open for inspection, the following Saturday.  Ross slotted us in to view the home he had in mind on that Saturday afternoon.  We did view it and loved it so made an offer which was accepted.  Ross kept us informed at every stage of the negotiation, sometimes well after office hours.

Ross explained that he tries to match clients to a house rather than just showing houses to them.  We also liked the after service offered by Ross.

Bob and I will be moving to Peregian Springs in the very near future.
